THE REASON WE LINISH THE TUBES IS TO HAVE THE SMOOTHEST POSSIBLE SLIDE THROUGH THE SEALS, USUALLY INCONSISTENCIES IN THE FORK TUBE CAN CAUSE WEAPING EVEN WITH NEW SEALS.
